Objectives of the Sharing Session :
 
 To celebrate participating schools' achievements in promoting the development of the English subject in their school
 To enhance participants' capability of using data and evidence to evaluate work effectiveness and promote continuous self-improvement
 To share ideas on how to prepare for the implementation of the updated ELE KLA Curriculum Guide (CG)
Objectives of the Workshop :
 
 To identify the features of effective meetings
 To explore core skills that enhance meeting effectiveness
 To explore how meetings can be used strategically to implement the major concerns of the subject/school

Bad meetings and good meetings
 
 Curriculum leaders reflected on the meetings they attended or held and identified features of bad and good meetings.
 Curriculum leaders should make every meeting a valuable platform to build a learning community for professional learning, consensus building, sharing, collaboration and/or celebration.

Strategic use of meetings: Building a learning community in schools through effective meetings
 
Mr Mike Wong and Mr Alan Cheng from Tak Sun Secondary School shared how the English panel built a learning community through effective meetings.

Using the Enneagram to know about different personalities in order to shed light on how to:
 
 communicate effectively with colleagues of different personalities
 promote synergy among panel members
