Objectives of the Sharing Session : |
• To enhance participants' capability of using data and evidence to evaluate work effectiveness and promote continuous self-improvement• To celebrate participants' achievement in promoting the development of the English subject in their schools• To provide a platform for participants to share their change management plans and strategies |

Objectives of the Workshop : |
Through exploring the topic 'Evaluation and Planning of the English Subject', we aim to develop the following curriculum leadership capabilities among participants:• using data effectively to identify the development focuses of the English subject• proposing concrete and workable actions for effective implementation of the subject plan• establishing monitoring and/or evaluation mechanisms to ensure the subject plan can be implemented successfully• using resources effectively and/or strategically to enhance implementation of the subject plan• communicating effectively with different parties to foster a collaborative and reflective culture |
