• Introducing the Hersey-Blanchard model to stress the importance of situational leadership when delegating duties• Using real-life examples from Baptist (Sha Tin Wai) Lui Ming Choi Primary School to illustrate how the Panel Head delegated duties in the panel effectively• Providing an opportunity for participants of the CLD programme to discuss how they would delegate the task of setting exam papers |
