• Introducing the Kotter's 8-step change model and how curriculum leaders (CLs) can engage and enable the panel through conducting lesson observations• Preparing observers for a focused lesson observation on catering for learner diversity• Observing and giving feedback on an online lesson and exploring what makes an effective online lesson |
