“Junior Secondary Science Online Self-learning Scheme” (the Scheme) is organised by the Education Bureau, and supported by the Hong Kong Virtual University under the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. The online learning platform contains online learning activities with contents relevant to Science (S1-3) curriculum. Students are expected to participate in the online learning activities and to complete the science electronic quiz items in the Scheme. Awards will be given to the participating students according to their quiz performance.

Secondary 1-3 students are encouraged to participate in the Scheme. Participants should apply via schools. Schools interested in joining the Scheme should submit the completed application form and student information sheet via email at JSSOSS@edbsc.hk.
