She has led her team to conduct systematic curriculum planning across levels based on the Learning Progression Framework. She has also employed a variety of strategies such as setting differentiated learning goals and expected outcomes, and using flipped learning, e-learning, experiential learning and multimodal texts in task-based units and RaC projects at different levels to cater for students’ diverse needs, interests and language abilities. Through collaborating with teachers of other content subjects including General Studies, Mathematics and Visual Arts teachers to promote RaC, she has created an array of engaging and meaningful English learning activities for students to achieve whole-person development.
