Establishing effective channels such as staff development day and LAC committee meetings for sharing experiences and difficulties, and disseminating good practices can foster teacher development and increase the chance of success for the LAC project.

The active participation of the management team of the school in the LAC initiatives and the principal’s effort in making the LAC project a prioritized task at school level can facilitate a whole school approach to planning and implementing LAC.

Equipping subject panel heads as change agents to share vision and mission, setpriority goals, try out innovative methods and foster collaboration and communication with different parties concerned is a crucial factor in implementing LAC effectively.
