She has also employed a variety of strategies such as setting differentiated learning goals and expected outcomes, and using flipped learning, e-learning, experiential learning and multimodal texts in task-based units and RaC projects at different levels to cater for students’ diverse needs, interests and language abilities. Information about expertise:  Mr Stephen Lam and Ms Joyce Nam of Cotton Spinners Association Secondary School piloted a life-wide learning project 'English Kitchen', which fostered students' whole-person development, developed their lifelong learning abilities such as problem solving skills, leadership and collaboration skills and instilled in them a positive attitude in learning. Besides, to integrate academic and creative uses of English, senior level English ambassadors wrote scripts for puppet shows on different themes which were performed at "English Corner Plus" for their fellow schoolmates.
