Using reflection tools to guide students to develop self-understanding and career awareness
Reflection forms and personality tests were used to help students understand and appreciate their strengths and interests, gain insights into the careers that best fit their personalities and know their career aspirations.

Offering experiential English learning opportunities to enable students to explore their career interests
The experiences such as organising workplace visits and career talks enabled students to discover the working environment, understand various aspects of the workplaces and meet people from different industries.

Enhancing students’ self-directed learning skills through project learning
Students continued career exploration in a cross-curricular self-directed learning project. They worked in groups and planned how to collect and present information about jobs for the Career Information Day.
