Our Reflection :
Project Teacher
Learning is a process of co-construction
“To facilitate teenage growth, we have to give them a free hand to arrange every major and minor thing. Even if they fail in the process, they can still learn a lesson from the experience. I believe that they will be able to make any arrangement with ease in their future life journey.”

Core Members
Interpersonal relationship builds on cooperation
“After several serious discussions, we were willing to make mutual concessions and finally reached a common decision. From this experience, I realized the importance of cooperation. Interpersonal relationship is an important area of learning in our life. The above process allowed me to learn how to get along with others.”
Learning is a process of co-construction
“This activity was planned, organized, prepared and carried out by a group of secondary students on their own. They were required to generate a better idea through continuous discussions and negotiations. Whenever errors were made, we learnt how to discard our deficient opinions in order to reach agreement with others, learnt how to complete a task through delegation and cooperation, and learnt interviewing and questioning skills in dealing with external parties. All these will be useful for both work and life in the future. More importantly, I have become more responsible and dedicated as a result of this activity and such changes benefit me enormously.”
