Our Reflection :

Project Teacher

Co-construct learning experience

“During the process from preparation to the end, unexpected accidents happened but members could grow in collision and solved problems one by one. Being a supporting teacher, we learned to let them do everything. As long as it is safe, we allow them to make mistakes, let them take the responsibility to make decisions and bear the result. What they learn is to trust and discuss with their members without teachers’ criticism and guidance.”

Core Members
Reflect on learning

“Reflection allows me to recall what I learnt and give a chance to understand myself. Besides, this reflection reminds me to always remember what I learnt and to apply them. So reflection is affective and useful for my future learning.”

Role of a Leader

“My role is to lead. All things completed by oneself cannot be called as a leader. Teachers arranged the seniors to be the leader and vice-leader as well as juniors to be other core members. Letting the seniors lead the juniors so that after the seniors graduate, there is somebody to take the responsibility. Therefore, what I need to do is to communicate effectively with core members, understand their difficulties when they cannot attend meeting or finish their work so as to find a solution together.”
