Project Name : New Year Celebration with Love and Care
Number of Core Students  : 7
Project Descriptions : Activities coordinate with school concerns, “Social Care”, also happened to respond the theme of our school’s 30th Anniversary, “Colourful Life”. Through service activities, students can contribute their power, enrich their life experiences, internalize personal capacity, enhance the spirit of service, make selfless dedication and develop sound personality and good behavior.

  • Students can finish training and various elderly services
  • Understand both the role of teachers and students in students’ learning process.
  • Understand the ways to be Learning Experience Designers.
  • Learn how to let students become in-depth learners
  • Learn how to let students become in-depth learners
  • Teachers and students co-construct school learning culture
  • School concerns and learning development emphasis on moral education in order to enhance students 'all-round development. School train students for self-learning culture and enhance their self-confidence, self-esteem, self-learning as constructed values.

“The best part of the project is that our students own their learning. They were allowed to design their learning activities. Our students treasure the autonomy given to them throughout. Many of them expressed that the activity motivated them to work out tasks and succeed in accomplishing the task with support.”

“During the whole process and at different learning stages, students were able to engage in constant, meaningful self-reflection, continue to search for new information and build knowledge to enhance their learning outcomes.”

“In the past, I only followed others’ instructions to hold activities, but this time I was very happy to be able to organize an activity. I think I can gain a lot of experience and skills, especially improving my leadership ability which will be useful for my future job.”

Learning opportunities

“The project has offered me lots of learning opportunities as well as the chances for self-improvement. As the leader of the team, I have to lead my team to attend various workshops to prepare for the project well. With the encouragements from my teacher and also my team members, I started to open up my mind and share my experiences with everyone naturally. This project turns me from a passive student to an active project designer.”
